Overall very disappointed with the service we got. We were impressed with the professionalism over the phone. But even after we gave all the information on the items we had to move, come moving day, the truck that came was not big enough so they had to get another one which added to our quote and time. We were also disappointed with the lack of attention to detail. For instance I labeled boxes “garage” and they were put in the basement. I labeled items that were staying and they packed them and we had to put them back. The Shelves inside cabinets were taken out and then not kept with the shelf so they are misplaced or thrown away because we don’t know where they’re from. This all took a lot longer than what we were quoted and mistakes were made.
