This place is a joke

I would never recommend this place at all to anyone I had two units for 2 years always made my payments on time and I cleaned them out and they did not want to give the deposit back even when I cleaned them up good swept them out and all and they do not have cameras some of my sutff got stolen out of them and they did nothing about it and they tryed to say I did not pay one month but I did thank god i kept my receipt and went and showed them that I did bc they was trying to make me pay again they r very rude and money hungry people. Attention people of Richlands va there is a lot more storage places that is way better and friendly in Richlands so please DO NOT GET ANY OFF OF AAA

I wouldn’t recommend the store unit they try to make you pay twice in one month for rent and they don’t give you the deposit back and the woman that works there always has a attitude they let people steal the stuff out of the storage unit the cameras that are up is fake they do not work except for the one at the office
