Storage is great. Office people not so much

This place is awesome. I called the manager and I expressed I was very in need for my safety as I went to my unit, she IMMEDIATELY accommodated me. She gave me a good price. EVERY time I have entered the unit, there has been no issues, no smells, nothing damaged. Nothing to complain about with the preservation of my belongings. VERY impressed and if I found out, management was changed, I wouldn’t hesitate to go somewhere else. It made all the difference.
The grounds and how to get to the units are very bright, safe and clean!

Clean storage units with great service. Sarah was friendly and very helpful! Will definitely recommend to anyone needing storage. Judging from the other reviews it looks like Sarah has been doing a great job and is well deserving of a raise

Sarah is so sweet and so kind. She went out of her way to meet me to rent a storage unit. She made sure the storage unit was clean and I had everything I needed. I would definitely recommend AAA safe storage in Marion.
