Clean location , climate controlled, they provide carts at each door and have a truck rental service.
Rates are competitive.
Customer service is excellent, have staff on hand to assist and communicate with.
Does everything a storage facility is supposed do. They even had a live person running the front desk.
A pleasant climate controlled facility, very clean. Supplied carts to move your stuff into its designated space. Easy check in/out. I had the smallest space the shortest time frame, and I was treated with the same respect as a larger unit would have gotten me. The enterence is also operated with a keypad. I was surprised to learn that each h unit came with a really nice steel circular lock and key that was mine to keep even when the storage agreement was terminated. It is a great storage facility that gives you what you pay for and more.
5/31/23 - door wide open at 7:30am which means it's probably been open all night.
SECURITY - Too many instances where various outside doors are knocked off track leaving the building open for anybody to walk in. The buttons that control the door are there for anybody to mess with. I reported this numerous times to the old manager who had to report to her boss and...it's still an issue.
CLIMATE - The hotter it gets outside, the hotter it is on the second level - also reported a while ago. The lower level which includes the office is very cool.
The staff onsite has been great. Jody, the old manager, decided to quit - she clearly did all that she could to accommodate paying customers, but she could only do so much. There is a new manager and after speaking with him once, it's clear that he will not have much control over anything either. Unfortunately, the guy who they report to doesn't seem to respond to issues.
I love the location of the facility and I would love to stay but the issues are pretty important ones...especially the security. I would also love for the mysterious 'boss' to be more responsive to things that need to be addressed and not just be a ghost who leaves the onsite staff to deal with things that they can't control.
