Check's in the mail .. They lie to you about settling your claim

This company does not answer their phone the don't have any idea where my stuff is and it's already past my no later then delivery date

My shipment is 2 weeks past the required delivery date. They 'can't find the proof of delivery' aka they have lost the shipment.

Their representatives do not return my calls and every call goes immediately to voicemail. I requested to file an inconvenience claim and they transfered me to a number that also does not answer.

The few times I have managed to talk to a representative they have assured me they would get back to me, but they do nothing unless I call several times and eventually get someone on the line.

They did say they were 'sorry' but offered no recourse.
