Kristi was the employee that helped me. She was super helpful. I was lucky that they had a unit readily available. She explained the agreement thoroughly. She offered me the opportunity to purchase padlocks from them which I did not have, which saved me a lot of time. I chose to have my rent automatically billed to my credit card. I rented an additional unit as I needed it. Then when I no longer needed the storage units I gave them thirty days notice. I received my deposit and refund of any over payment of rent in a timely fashion . Thank you so much for all the help.

We stored our stuff for 2.5 years while we traveled. The storage was never a problem. Our stuff was safe and secure.
