Mrs susan is a gem. Ive been using this storage facility for about a year and decided to downsize since i no longer need a super large storage. Mrs susan had all the paperwork ready to go when i arrived and i was in and out and started moving my things, about an hour into moving i realized that i underestimated my needs and needed to choose a different size but it was already passed office hours and raining very hard. Mrs susan had already locked up for the day and was on her way to her car but amazingly she turned around and reevaluated the availability of a different unit, show me the unit, and did the paperwork again for a third time all after hours with a genuine smile and care. In my 46yrs i am very very thankful that mr susan put aside her personal time for a strangers needs. This type of thoughtful and selflessness is priceless especially in todays society.
