Called to inquire about any storage availability as well as the company website being up to date in real time because the website stated only 1 was available. I didn't get to speak to a representative as they were assisting another customer so I left a voicemail. I got busy & missed their very prompt return call back, however I was left a very detailed voice message with the answers to my asked questions. Very informative & helpful.
