The manager is really nice and the location seems clean. The only issue I have is that if you need to make a partial payment on their website you can't. If you call their phone number for the phone support they can't take a partial payment. It seems to me that if a business wants to take payments from their customers they should take whatever the customers can offer them at that point in time. Why would you make it difficult for people to pay you? It's almost like they want you to default on your rent. Just make it easy for someone to pay $20 if that's all they have to pay at that period of time.

ABC happened to be the closest storage facility to our home, but we are so glad this is the case. We found reasonable rates easily online and reserved our unit. Then Karen called us and confirmed all the info, she was so nice and helpful making sure our gate code worked and we were happy with our unit. The whole property is clean and well kept. Would recommend to anyone.
