Went in person to set up an account. Very friendly staff member. I was having issues with set up online and the staff took care of it right away

Review:
Online site showed office open until 1:00pm on 08/28/2024 and it was not. Had to visit due to incorrect billing issue in which I was incorrectly billed for an additional month that was free due to 12 month advance payment. Not the first time that the site showed the office was open only to find it wasn't. Spoke to customer service rep who could not fix this issue over the phone (she was very friendly but couldn't fix my issue). Was told that I had to handle this in person. Just wonder when the office will actually be open as the site hours are unreliable. Very frustrating to say the least!
