Hello, i am normally not one to leave negative reviews!!! However, after nearly a year of being a customer here i had my storage auctioned illegally. I recently relocated to NC to care for my aging elderly grandmother and had gotten a little behind on my payment however, i kept in contact with management and informed them of the situation. I was assured that my unit would not be auctioned, well needless to state, it was!!! I was told that whatever balance i had Starting October the first would incur late charges. I called on Sept 29th to pay my balance in full. I am devastated because my whole life was in there. I have NOTHING!!! I HAVE TRIED TO SPEAK WITH THE OWNER AND MANAGEMENT SEVERAL TIMES TO CORRECT THIS MATTER. AT ONE POINT I WAS TOLD THAT THEY HAD MY PROPERTY AND THAT I COULD COME PICK IT UP IF I PAID IN FULL, WHICH I WAS MORE THAN HAPPY TO DO SO. HOWEVER, I WAS CALLED BACK LESS THAN 3 MINUTES LATER, STATING THAT MY PROPERTY HAD DISAPPEARED. I AM MORE THAN DISSAPOINTED WITH THE LACK OF PROFFESIONALISM. NOT ONCE DID ANYONE TRY TO CONTACT DESPITE HAVING ALL MY UPDATED CONTACT INFORMATION, AS FAR AS MY PHONE OR EMAIL!!!
