They arrived on time. Professional & courteous. They were careful with my stuff. Nothing was broken. Price was as agreed. I have no complaints

Highly disappointed in the services received & the plain disrespect I received from these men. I specifically asked these men to please wrap my furniture, washer & dryer, etc & to please be careful as it was all new. (Which I was told wrap was included in the service & wasn’t even used on some of my furniture). Brand new washer & dryer is damaged & dented, my baby’s $4,000 crib furniture set is damaged, and a part to it lost (because again it wasn’t all wrapped together like I asked). My $7,000 brand new, clean mattress is now covered in their hand prints, which now has my warranty on the mattress voided. When they went to move the truck to another location of the home, they left the door on the truck open, and didn’t tie down one of my husbands expensive carts he had in his shop, it fell out of the truck, and broke it, and left it there. I asked them to please load my flower pots, and then was yelled & cussed at because “that wasn’t part of the plan” (which was always part of the plan to move EVERYTHING). Everything I’ve uncovered since unpacking & moving in is literally devastating. I work so hard to pay for my home & the things in it, and the disrespectful words & cussing to myself, and disrespect to my furniture is something I’ve never seen before. I have so much more I could list that happened. I was offered 2 hours of time deducted, and I requested 3. They did give me 3 hours deducted, but after everything else I’ve found & the THOUSANDS of dollars in damages to my furniture, I don’t believe I owe these people anything. Upset is an understatement.

ABlaze performed a four bedroom, 2700 sq. ft. house packing and moved to two second floor, climate controlled storage units. The thing that was most impressive was the attitude, work ethic, and professional behavior of the crew coupled with the close communication with us before and during the move. And they did it all in miserably hot weather. Kudos and thank you.

I had a great experience with ABlaze. I was told the crew would show up between 8-9am, they arrived shortly after 8am. I showed them what I need them to get, they wrapped everything and got me completely moved from Granbury to Burleson in 2 hours. They even put my bed together and put the legs on my couch for me and I didn’t even ask them for that! Such a huge help! Thank you for a great experience, I highly recommend and will call them if I ever need the assistance of movers again!
