Pretty much the same issues everyone has pointed out. Schedule delivery for between 10 and 2 (the only time they can deliver for some reason) 4 hour block dead center in the day so you have to take the day off. Didn't show up for first date they set, didn't bother calling to let us know. Removed items from pallet left pallet and garbage in my yard.

Had a delivery anticipated for Friday (2/10) and after hearing nothing when Friday came and went, I called them for an update on Monday. After I finally got someone to return a call, they said it wouldn't be until Thursday. No explanation for the delay or option to expedite. No one seems to care or take pride in what they are doing there.

This company has awful customer service. They have had my property for over 3 weeks and I have had to call 3 times to try to get it delivered. They are rude, unprofessional and I would never choose to use this company or recommend them to any retailer to use for delivery of their product!
