Review:
Had a sofa delivered through Abrams, not by my choice. They were in possession on the item for two weeks prior to me reaching out to them. The dispatcher 'never got around to scheduling'. Finally set a date after I got in touch with seller. They showed up 4 hours after the 4 hour 'window' that was scheduled, and 2+ hours after a call that indicated they were 'almost there' at least we got our stuff after reading other reviews...
