I booked this company based on their stellar google reviews. I’m unsure if my case was isolated but the service did not match the reviews. The service was awful, unprofessional, unreliable and unsafe.

The movers were booked for 8am and they arrived 5pm. Throughout the day I (the customer) took the initiative to call the office (which was “closed” on a Saturday) to get updates as to the ETA. When the movers finally arrived they constantly complained about the work load. They did not have materials to cover fragile items such as mirrors and TVs. They placed items on top of my neighbor’s car which caused scratches on the hood. The movers were inexperienced unloading and loading the truck. My husband who has back issues had to help the movers carry stuff. Our television BROKE and our dresser was damaged. Even our plastic hamper broke. An insurance claim was placed for the damaged TV. Two months later I have not heard back from anyone regarding compensation. Sadly, I found a review on Yelp from about a year ago from another customer with the same experience as me. Save your self money and actually pay extra for professional movers. In my experience this company is a FRAUD.

I have never experienced an easier relocation in my entire life. I am so grateful that my friend suggested them. From scheduling the appointment with Luciano to the arrival of the top-notch, complaint-free, high-energy movers, the entire process was flawless. They were grateful for my assistance but did not expect anything in return; they handled the situation like seasoned professionals.
