Review:

We had several large pieces of furniture delivered, and we are so pleased with the service we received from Absolute Moving and Storage. From Vicki in the office who help us with tracking our shipment from the manufacturer, to Justice, Charles and Robert, the movers who delivered our furniture today, the service was A+.

If I could leave 0 stars i would. I was moved last August/2024 by this company. They had a new guy helping. He was very nice but very slow. I was charged 300 dollars more due to the extra time it took. I even jumped in and started throwing things off the truck because of how long these guys were taking. I told them we have got to get this done. I spoke to older guy was there in charge and he said well he's new. So what do I get charged extra because their new guy is slow and I get charged for the time it takes.Do not use these guys. When the boss was asked by the BBB he simply stated I didn't say anything about the job going over the time due to his newly hired employee. I guess its ok to go over quoted estimate and time and charge it to you due to a new employee not doing his job. You would think a customer unloading things herself would also be a hint. I said several times we are going over the time quoted. It was due to the new employee barely working. Consumer beware
