I used this company to move my furniture from Wilmington to Charlotte and had damaged items and missing item. I paid for the extra insurance and was told by Vicky that once I have finished unpacking to put in a claim, which I did. After 2-3 months of working with lisa and giving them all the information they needed, they then send me a denial email saying that I signed the form that my furniture was delivered. I had two large trucks from absolute moving and they told me that because I had the extra insurance that I had extra time to claim missing or damaged property. Just for them to turn around later and deny my claim for signing a form that I had my furniture delivered. Don’t use this company because they are not trustworthy and unprofessional. I plan on taking them to court.
