Review:
Scam and Absolute Nightmare! I booked a move for April 14th, paid the $257 deposit on March 22nd (well in advance), and was ghosted.
I tried contacting Ryan multiple times on the 12th, 13th, and day of the move via text and calls to confirm what time he'd arrive (since the contract only specified the date), but was automatically sent to voicemail and got no response every time.
Of course there has been no reply to my request for a refund of my deposit either!
On-top of being scammed, my lease ends in 96 hours and I need to find people that aren't criminals to move my stuff.
Even if they come back with some excuse, the lack of communication is unexcusable.
Don't take a chance with this company. Find someone else.
