Absolute Relocation Service

My girlfriend just hired this company to relocate her from Tucson, AZ to Phoenix, AZ and everything about the experience was a disaster. First of all, they insist on people paying with Zelle, which has no payer protection, so DO NOT pay this company using that app! Second, they subcontract everyone to do the moving. A Russian man showed up to her house with a semi truck tagged in graffiti, and he then had to call other people to help him, which we found out he hired from Craigslist as hourly laborers. They charged her hundreds of dollar to wrap a few items in blankets and boxes, and they still damaged her 65' TV which they charged to package safely and move. The worst was that the dispatcher called her prior to the delivery of her belongings to her new Phoenix home and insisted she pay an increased total amount or they refused to deliver her items. All of this after they didn't show up on the day they were scheduled to and we had to move her entire move back a full day. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! You will absolutely regret it if you do! We are reporting them to the BBB and are still waiting to hear back from supervisors to discuss some of these issues, but I honestly don't feel we will hear back from anyone. I'd give them zero stars if it was possible.

CUSTOMER ALWAYS RIGHT YOU WILL PAY IN THE END HOPE THIS COMPANY GOES DOWN !!!!

Locally this could be different, my experience was a multi-state move:

My experience was filled with anxiety, a slight mental breakdown, constantly having to ask for updates, low-balling initial estimate (I had to inventory myself as an untrained person) which started at ~$9,000 when we originally set it up, but the price went to ~$32,000 because of the amount of stuff we had (again, I am untrained and did my best to estimate the amount of stuff I had). We settled on ~$23,000 which I did not HAVE TO accept but really HAD NO OTHER OPTION this late in the move.

Regardless of the poor communication, confusion, tardiness, and a dispatcher who treated me honestly pretty poorly - I had surprisingly good packing operators on the front end and kind, good semi-truck delivering operators. They are what my two stars rest upon.
