Impressed by their punctuality and professionalism. Thanks to this company, my move was smooth.

This company is pretty awful. Mover in Seattle was giving me a hard time fir having more inventory. I called multiple times to give updated inventory, they people kept saying no worries! No return calls for timing once things in transit. Called daily, and they had no information. Then, suddenly a driver calls to say they’ll arrive the next day. Movers in Denver couldn’t fit my sofa, busted a screen door in the process. All anyone cared about was the money. So disappointed. A few pieces of furniture were scratched or knocked. I had to get a new sofa since the other didn’t fit. This company was unprofessional! (The local movers they hired were fine though) Couldn’t reach anyone to even file a complaint. The worst!!!!!!!!

Scammers. They quote 1 price then nearly double it on moving day. They don’t tell you options for insurance- replacement cost or pennies per pound which is in tiny print. Destroyed $1400. jewelry armoire & $279. Box springs but only paying .60 a pound for total of $33.24 replacement. The driver tore out power lines & snapped the power pole in half on a 106 degree day with heat index totaling 116 degrees. Try having no air conditioner on a day that hot. Absolute Relocation lied about the Insurance Co which is CSI. CSI is just an arbitration company not an insurance company they are useless as well. Look at the photos attached

WARNING: this company is a SCAM. ALL their 5 star’s reviews are FAKE. If you’re talking to a rude dispatch person named Summer Martinez, and a manager named Mike Powers, or Collins, or the owner Kevin. They all work in cahoots with third party movers like “verified movers LLC. Absolute relocation will make you pay them and make you pay AGAIN to third party movers that will hike up the price way up and will hold your stuff hostage. They will throw your stuff around without a care. I believe this whole company is a SCAM because it’s the same lady that picks up and you can’t get in contact with anyone on the phone or email once you have paid.

If I could give them no stars I would.
They destroyed or lost my fine furniture and a lot of expensive personal items. They lied, the customer service is awful. If you’re smart, you’ll stay away from these idiots. They even lost the legs for my expensive solid, oak dining room table.
