Curtis is unprofessional, I requested auto pay set-up the day I moved in, and it didn’t’
get set-up, no e-mail notices of the requested information on how to do so, and no admittance that he failed to set it up that day. No sorry. And now there’s an unnecessary fee on my account. I don’t appreciate it. I don’t work there, he’s acting like it’s my fault and I should know how to set it up and to take of it myself after requesting in person and he had my card to do so. Not happy with the way he handled my request. The least he could do is say sorry, and I would have let it go, but he proceeded to blame me. Doesn’t work for me.
