They go out of their way to make sure that everything is perfect.
I highly recommend them.

I’m so thankful to the people at Access Storage for the seamless rental process over the phone and the help that provided on move in day! And they gave me a free lock and free truck to help me move in!! I had to change from another storage facility because the rates were going up every quarter and it was ridiculous! Especially since the new rate for the same size unit was $120 less than what they increased my rate to!! Access storage let me know that that rates only go up 3-5% annually, not the “market prices” that Extra Space storage kept hitting me with!!! If you’re dealing with the same foolishness with Extra Space I highly recommend you switch over to Access Storage in Congers!
