Review:
Lately, we've had a lot of issues with this company.First, the insulation is coming down from the ceiling. The office gave us a hard time closing out our unit. They don't have dumpsters on site and insisted our unit be cleaned completely. Since we now live in another state, we hired a junk company to clean it out. They stated we didn't need anyone on site and they would bill by phone. The Access people didn't like this and insisted someone be on site. We sent a close friend with the code and the key to let the junk people in. The Junk people stated he could leave and they would handle the rest. Access people insisted he stayed until they were done. We are so grateful to be done with this place.
