Review:
Avoid, unprofessional business ; had a unit reserved with a check in for July 16th (Sunday) was confirmed via phone call.
Show up to the facility at 145pm( hours are posted 11am - 5pm ) to nobody at the office. Couldn’t get in or access the unit obviously, so I wasted my whole Sunday packing and loading up my car, traveling to this place for nothing.
Will be taking my business elsewhere. Extremely unprofessional.

I met with Yusef the Supervisor and he helped me pick out the right size unit for what I needed and told me everything I needed to know. I very rarely leave reviews but the experience was so good I wanted to share. Thank you!

Great customer service. Employees are super helpful and just great people! Easy access in and out with very clean facility. Highly recommend storing your stuff at Access Self Storage, Bernardsville.
