I loved renting a unit here. The staff was helpful and informative upon move-in. Anytime I had to make a call due to a late payment, they were understanding, helpful, and (most important to me) kind and friendly.

The facility was always clean, well lit, and safe even at night time. The parking area gives plenty of room for several cars or trucks if multiple people are moving things in or out, and I typically had no problem finding a cart to move heavy objects. I also like the climate control factor because I stored plenty of books and there was no evidence of mildew.

Certainly worthy of 5 stars in my book!

I have rented a trailer from here 3 times total, the first two times was very pleasant experience until this last time on Sunday afternoon, I was told to drop the trailer off at the front of the business, I arrived to drop it off in the front as directed and the owner was there re arranging u haul trucks and said I could put it back where I got it which wasn’t a super big deal, so I drive around and my wife gets out to help me back it in properly, we had the trailer in the proper place when the owner start yelling PULL FORWARD TURN THIS WAS TURN THAT WAY, I decided whatever I’ll listen to him after I already had it where it needed to go, he continued yelling directions so I stopped got out and went to unhitch it, then he proceeded to try and get in my car with my family inside, I told him no and he tried to get in 2 more times even after closing the door, my family was terrified after that experience, I work in customer service and I would never treat someone this way

The staff are extremely friendly and in a good location for a great price that doesn’t require insurance.
