Update: I called the corporate office and talked to Bonnie. She was awesome and did a wonderful job. The error was on my end, I entered the email incorrectly. I raised my review from one star to three as I still feel I should have been contacted not the other way around.
Original post: Tried to rent outdoor storage on Saturday. I still haven’t heard back. I called and left voicemail, email and message response on their website. None of my communications were returned as of 10:30 on Monday.
