Accurate Firefighter Movers

I've used Accurate Firefighter Movers twice to move my elderly father from his house to his senior living apartment and back to his house. Both moves went safely and efficiently at a fair price. The gentlemen who handle the move are friendly, patient, clean and careful. I'm very grateful to the team at Accurate Firefighter Movers and I recommend them for any move.

I called these movers firefighter movers a few weeks ago, I never got a call back finally I had to text them and threaten them that I was going to report them! I got a call back, the lady made an excuse up about her child being sick so she couldn't answer the phone for a week! I felt bad for her so I went ahead and set up appointment for moving! She gave me the estimate and then somebody that's going to pay for it had given her a call! They totally changed the payment said they won't do it unless it's over 4 hours! They were asking all kinds of personal questions that have to do with my move my apartment she has nothing to do with that! So everything was mixed up and confused! So I gave firefighter moving a call again this was on Saturday a few days ago this is Monday! Like usual of course I never called back never text me! I will not and am not going to use such a horrible confused rummaged scam scrambled egg company! Do not use these people they will change their prices! They charged by the hour but yet they say they won't do it unless it's 4 hours or more! You will regretted if you use this place I suggest don't use them!

Boxes were secured with ONE strip of tape across the bottom...when I moved one box the bottom opened and the items fell out! I was sold a dish pack box which I thought my vintage martini glasses and other dishes would be packed in, but found it only contained four wire items!!!!! The box was nearly empty! The packers were given supplies to number and list the boxes, but many boxes were just taped haphazardly and NO number written on box, nor was it listed!!!!!! We are 86 years old and my husband just had a heart attack. I have no one to help me and needed PROFESSIONAL PACKERS! INSTEAD I HAD ONE GOOD PACKER, AUSTIN, AND ONE WHO DIDN'T GIVE A DARN ABOUT THE QUALITY OF HIS WORK. I was not told there was a minimum of 4 hours....although the packers were not here all that time. The one guy was anxious to leave and did the sloppy unprofessional job. Boxes that were half full were taped shut. A wardrobe boxes was packed with stuff JAMMED INTO IT AND MY FUR COAT JUMBLED UP IN A HEAP!!! NO RESPECT FOR OUR PROPERTY. I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH A POOR, UNPROFESSIONAL JOB DONE AT SUCH AN EXORBITANT COST!
THEN THE SLOPPY PACKER MANIPULATED A TIP...WHAT GALL!
I WILL BE LEAVING THIS REVIEW WITH THE ADMINISTRATOR AT THE DESK IN SUN CITY...TO WARN OTHER ELDERLY PEOPLE ABOUT THIS DISREPECTFUL, SLOPPY, UNPROFESSIONAL PACKER!
