Ace Movers Lockhart

I used Ace Movers in the past and it wasn't a great experience. Since then, another local company recently took over and it is a night and day difference from the customer service to the movers. The entire process was seamless and everyone was professional and efficient!

Honestly, I was a little on the iffy side of having a company come from another city to do a move for me in Frisco. But after doing calls, quotes, and going through companies reviews. I randomly came across them, and they are out of Austin! I tell you what the reviews, the pricing, the family owned, the beautiful customer service from start to finish was amazing. The movers showed up packed up and moved my entire place for a truly outstanding price. I highly recommend this company. I promise you won’t be disappointed. Did I mention I lived on the 4th floor of the apartment complex. They ONLY had awkward stairs they had to work with. Nothing was damaged. If I could give this company 10+ stars I would. Thank you for making my move so smooth! Can’t wait to use y’all again!

I was so stressed out when it was time to move my stuff. I made several calls to different companies. Out of maybe 10 companies I called, I got 2 returned calls and one of them was rude and impatient, the other’s price was very high. I called this company and they answered right away. Christi was so kind, patient and thorough putting my mind at ease. The movers showed up on time, communicated well and got the job done quickly, efficiently and professionally! No complaints here! I've recently just moved into my own home and used this company. They where absolutely so nice and perfessional! Very friendly and helpful . I will be telling all my friends about this company. If you want to have a good and smooth moving experience I highly suggest them !!!
