Company was scheduled via military TSP to pick up my HHG. I had called the company a week prior to confirm, was told they would be at my house between 9 and 11 am. Got a call at 1130, said they would be here between 3-4. After 4, called 5 times, texted numerous times, driver kept saying another hour, another hour. Literally have pretty much my whole house packed up for them, they just needed to come pick it up. I move out tomorrow. Will be telling the TSP to NEVER use this company EVER AGAIN.

My bf was getting his house goods moved through this company from the military. They don’t pick up the phone. His things were expected to be delivered 6/6. Never came. Then they said 6/10. Never came. Then the military finally got ahold of the company they said 6/19. Never came. He is still waiting for his items and it’s been weeks. Very unprofessional. We will make sure the military doesn’t use them as a third party move anymore. Not liable.

They were supposed to be here today. When we called in the late morning, they said they would arrive between 11 and 1. When we called at 1:30, they said 2:30. When we called at 4 , they were closed. It's now 8:30pm. They never showed or called.

This company was assigned to deliver our household items as the result of a military move in the fall of 2020. While they did arrive on-time and appeared professional during the delivery, the following day we discovered that one of the employees had gone through our personal closets and stole my children's Nintendo Switch. They denied all culpability. We filed a police report for theft. Upon calling Nintendo, they were able to provide us with enough information that our Switch had been turned on and connected to WIFI outside of our home and possession following the delivery. Luckily, the parent company (NOT located in Virginia) believed us after providing all of the documentation we had and reimbursed us for a new system. As a result of this incident, our other military friends were also assigned to this company and requested to switch carriers costing 1000's of dollars. Word travels quickly in our small community. It is incredibly sad that they stole from children and a military family and did not want to take responsibility. Shameful.
