The men who performed our move were very professional, friendly, and overall conscientious. However, we learned after the move that MANY items from one room were packed in boxes from other rooms and other levels of the house that did not go together. This method of packing continues to cause us much frustration and distress.

They moved us into our new home over two weeks ago, and several items remain that we still cannot locate due to the haphazard way they packed our items. To make this process simpler for them and us, we labeled each room with a number, so they would pack a box with that number and place it in the room with the corresponding number at the new residence.

In some cases, they adhered to this protocol. In many other circumstances, we have boxes with a certain number associated with a particular room, mixed with items from one, two, or three other rooms, without being notated on the box. This has caused us to lose valuable time and anxiety when searching for items that should otherwise be easy to locate. For these reasons, we don’t believe the packing performed by the workers was equitable with the amount of money we paid for this service. It's not an unreasonable expectation that items from one room would be packed together.

Additionally, there were a few broken items. Of most important note, during the packing day, there was an electrical cord plastic casing and a nearby vent cover that was damaged. I happened to notice these damaged items during the move and brought them to the supervisor's attention. None of the workers, especially the one who caused the damage, brought it to our attention. We were home during that timeframe.

This move could have been seriously bad. I had to move my mother out of her condo into an assisted living place. Mom has no short term memory so that alone is a nightmare. Ace Relocation Systems were not only professional but also compassionate and did the move without any problems! I can't begin to tell you when you use Ace that all anxious and/or uptight feelings leave as soon as they start the job! They are also wonderful at packing up the stuff that is needed to move. Anything from a glass lamp to a queen size bed. I will always use them when I move and/or will recommend them to friends and family members! Wonderful company!!

This is the second time using Ace Relocation and we had a fantastic experience both times. Great drivers, helpful, courteous and reliable. We worked with Natasha and Brett at the corporate level and Raymond was our driver this time. Would recommend them to anyone. 5 star company for sure.

The crew that did my move from WI to IL were professional, nice and efficient. They did an excellent job. I would recommend Atlas to anyone doing a state-to-state move.
