Our experience with Ace Relocation Services, begins and ends with our sales/estimate associate, Jimmy Hiller. Jimmy was so professional and courteous while providing our move estimate and provided a contact for junk removal as well, which we needed. Because our place of employment has a freight co. of their own, they chose to have us use them instead. However, after letting Jimmy know that we would not be hiring their services, he was still just as helpful to us in answering questions and providing the junk removal contact to me a second time after I had thrown it away. Jimmy's customer service and kindness has been such a blessing!
