I was told the gate wouldn’t close till 7 pm which was a lie. It closes at 6 and the code I was given for the gate doesn’t work. They need to get their shit together.

All around good folks, their prices and customer service goes beyond what you would expect.

It's been a wonderful experience with this place. They are kind and such hard worker. I want to tell you all your hard work hasn't went unnoticed. Thank you

I have used these guys for quite a few years. Im a single mom and there has been a few times that I got very behind on my payments. They are very understanding and worked with me more then they probably should have. The staff is so friendly and very awesome people I'm so greatful for them I would recommend using them to anyone such wonderful people.

The agent and the truck was extremely helpful and the truck looked new! However, returning the truck took a “U” turn, no pun intended. I was parking the truck as directed and a “male person” started yelling and gesturing at me. I could not hear him so I rolled the window down to see what the issue was. He continued in a load manner and said very nasty comments! I could not believe this was happening at first. When I attempted to communicate with this person, he was unwilling and continued to scream which included vulgar comments. The person (Lady) who helped me witnessed this. We reported the incident to her/his supervisor. I will only rent from this location if he is fired.
