We have used their comny twice...when we moved the Los Angeles area to the California desert in La Quinta. Then when we moved from the California desert to Arizona and in both instances , while going through my belongings after the move I keep finding items that I knew I had were missing. For it to happen once might have been my error but when it happened again, I find it curious and irritating. Until I can go through all the items packed by then, I'm not sure how many items are missing. First was an antique style glass lamp shade was never found and we went through all boxes items and now it's a boxed wedding set that was missing when I was going through my jewelry items plus some other small items. Like I said this happened twice in two different moves. Not good!
