I have had a great experience with Acorn Mini Storage, area is spacious, communication with staff is always easy and helpful!

Amazing price! Always secure with 2 sets of gates with by your own personal code. I also feel my belongings are safe because everything closes at 10:00pm - assurance no one is staying there overnight

The staff is always helpful and friendly the store hour's is great when it comes to security someone is there

I have been having issues with this company ever since my partner of 19 years died. He had the contract with them, but I have personal items in there as well. I have paid for this unit many, many times over the years with my credit card. They will take my money but won't give me the access code to get in the main gate!!! They want me to bring in a death certificate which I don't have because his oldest child has it and we don't speak!!! I just find it outrageous that they will continue to accept my money yet not give me access, wtf am I paying for??? My mother's ashes are in that damn unit along with a 30 years record collection!!! I got to keep paying and yet can't access my things in the unit!!! Best believe when I do get in there it will be to empty the damn thing out!!!
