They seem to try to scam by turning off your ability to pay online and by phone so that if you live far away you can't pay and they steal your stuff! They say at that point you have to go to the location and give them cash!?! How dirty

Great prices & even better customer service! I'm beyond happy I found a storage unit that can give me the space I need at a price I can afford

There is a problem with rodents. A lot of my clothing has been destroyed by mice.

I've had a storage unit here for almost 10 years due to me note being able to get my own apartment over the years. I've had roommates and all but couldn't get my own apartment due to pricing. I've been late on my bills before but I've always paid the amount they desired or requested. I've had 4 surgeries in the past 2 years and one of them was a hip surgery at the end of July last year while also living in a mental health treatment facility. I was communicating with them by letting them know that I can't work and I was trying my best to come up with the money. I spoke Dan which told me my bill was only $300 in July. I had that money in July and the employees there didn't want to accept it until I talked to Dan. I paid $320 from a $500 bill. They took what little money I had. My bill shot back up to $700. My mental health caseworker and his boss tried to pay my bill the last day of my bill and the day after. They told them 'No we're not accepting a card. She came back the next day to pay half cash half card because her company was helping me with my bill. She made the mistake of saying, 'Once we pay we're gonna get him out of here.' That's when they said that they've already sold it. This happened last year in November. Well I'm able to get into an apartment now. But I lost all of the things that I've saved up for this reason. My daughters are 10. 8 and 5. I've lost their things, I lost all of my expensive Batman, anime, and comics book collection, I had SEVERAL KITCHEN appliance, 2 flat screens, a bed and I've always been into clothing. I lost all of my seasonal clothing. I barely have ANY clothing left. This still hurts me deeply. If there's anyone that could help me with a lawyer I that would be awesome. I would gladly reward you if you could. I don't like doing things like this but I have nothing now.
