Acorn Mini Storage

We've had multiple units with Acorn Mini Storage for several years now and couldn't be happier with the facility and staff. Everyone we've encountered has been the most helpful, and navigating the process is a snap! Thank you!

The walls between the units are a single sheet of metal screwed in by screws. My neighbor unscrewed the panels and stole my stuff. Management tried to blame me, for having the wrong lock, which was irrelevant because they came through the wall. Also, I had a pad lock instead of a cylinder because when they drilled the last guy's lock they broke the hasp, which they said they'd fix but didn't. Eventually they admitted that they've had this problem before.

At first they refused to review the cameras because it was too much work. Then they said there was no camera facing my unit.

It took months and new managers for them to even try.

Also, the place is infested with rodents and their poop.

The public storage nearby is cheaper, better lit, and climate controlled.

I have used this Acorn on 3 different occasions over the span of 8 years. I am always pleased with the staff and their assistance. I know my belongings are safe and secure. I know I will be help by pleasant people. I will always return for any storage need!
