Do not rent from here. They will raise your rent more than $10 EACH MONTH, charge YOU for having your incorrect address on file/not update it even after you ask($10 for 'returned mail'; who even sends mail anymore?!), and randomly charge you a late fee before the late fee grace period. Unfortunately if you DO pay your bill, somehow they don't know how to refund you when they make mistakes either. Unless you're a new customer, they don't care.
