Reliability is questionable. I booked my move almost a month in advance, then I realized 2 days prior to the move that I had not heard from them to confirm. I sent an email on to them 2 days before the move, they got back to me the next day (one day before the move) and they explained that they had to cancel due to insurance issues. I strongly believe that if I had not reached out, they wouldn’t have bothered to tell me. They gave me a refund on my deposit without hassle, however it seems they let things slip through the cracks. Be wary of using this company for very time sensitive moves.

Do not use this moving company. From beginning to end to was a nightmare. I was quote $800 for a relatively small move. The movers came and ended up charging for tape ($45 / roll) and the lead guy wrote in the documents they packed things they didn't and charged for that. It ended up at $2500 + and then they threaten to take the stuff off the truck if we didn't pay. Then, the items are deliverd to the new residence and things were broken b/c of poor packing and items missing. Crystal Chandeliers, Broken glasses, vintage vases, irreplaceable art work. And the movers damaged the ceiling of a new house. I asked the lead what are they going about this, he said nothing, call the office. I've had to call many times to get a claim. The truth, is maybe others have had a good experience, ours was very disappointing. I never write reviews, but this was upsetting. I would not recommend this company. Moving is stressful enough.

Our move from Sacramento to riverside went as smooth as could be, our possessions arrived safely and in time.

We just moved across the country with this guy, superb service and professional crews on both ends, pick up and delivery.
