Their people stole my drill set while they were unpacking my household goods. I had placed my 2 milwaukee drills and battery charger into a five gallon bucket about 30 minutes before they arrived and placed that bucket into my garage. No less than 10 minutes after they left I went to retrieve one of my drills from the bucket and noticed all 3 items were missing. I immediately called the company who said they would check with their crew to see if they had 'accidentally grabbed it' and never received a call back. And because it wasn't an item that they moved with my household goods they decided to deny my claim that they stole it.

Incredibly unprofessional. I am in the military and during my latest move they picked up our contract. The first crew left a ton of stuff unpacked and the second crew told us it wasn’t their job to pack it and they left it behind. We had to throw most of it out. The movers also made condescending comments about our home and our belongings, often complain about how much stuff they had to move. Additionally while my wife was picking something up of the floor, one of the movers said “I wouldn’t mind hitting that” My wife was there alone while caring for our 5 mo son and felt very afraid as she had three large men in the house. On top of all of this a significant amount of our stuff showed up broken beyond repair. Do not hire these people!
