I wish I could give them 3.5 stars because they did better than 3, but they don't deserve 4. What really upset me was my move was scheduled for 9:30 am. The mover told me he was going to be there around 11am when it was 10 am! When he was already 30 minutes late! This is because the mover told me that the owner, Rafael, sprung the news on him at 9:30 am. When I called Rafael to complain, he cancelled the move on me and hung up! I called him again to say I still wanted the movers to come. The movers eventually arrived at 10:40am and they were good at their job. Professional, worked hard, friendly, and good attitude. Rafael also came to help for some of it too, which I appreciate. I appreciate Rafael for giving me a price of $475 for 4 hours plus travel (I was moving 45 minutes away) instead of the original $540 ($450 for 4 hours plus $90 for travel) because of the tardiness.

A mix-up on their end meant my Saturday move turned into a Sunday move. Once they arrived on Sunday they were great though. Good price for the service, but I recommend a reminder email a few days before your move.

Action Movers did a great job in moving our business to a new location. But they also do much more. Rafael also has a crew that cleans our new business location on a regular basis, as well as he coordinates taking care of the mowing and clean up of a vacant property we own in Ypsi. Action Movers can do it all. They are friendly, affordable, reliable, honest, and I highly recommend Rafael and his team!

Five star service. I had a last minute job for an oversized piece, and after phoning around not only were they able to help but it was at the best price in all of Ypsi! They showed up on time, were courteous and extremely professional. I would recommend them for any move, both big and small.
