Action Moving & Storage

SO IMPRESSED!!!! They were kind, polite, very fast, yet careful with our belongings. I would hire them again and again (hopefully not for a long time, moving is intense) but I would recommend them to absolutely everyone!!!!

I contacted Mike because my wife and I bought a new home in Verona, Wisconsin and would be moving there from Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. Mike came to our house to check out what goods and furniture we needed to have moved. We were getting ready to show our home and needed to declutter and decided to do it in two moves.
We arranged a date for the first move. It was supposed to snow on the move date and Mike called to reschedule because moving in snow is difficult so we settled on another date. Mike and his crew showed up fifteen minutes early. We gave him a tour of our home showing him what boxes, tubs, bikes, and miscellaneous stuff that was going to Verona. His crew was very polite and personable and often asked questions about anything they were unsure of.
It was raining so Mike backed his truck as close to the house as possible to keep the boxes and other containers from getting wet. Mike finished loading the trucks and then asked if there was anything else that he could take. He cleared out several more areas of our house and as a result our second move will be a lot easier.
Mike put down runners in both of our homes to keep the floors and carpets from getting dirty. His crew asked where our boxes, our furniture and other things went. They assembled and set up a bed and put the furniture where we wanted it.
We were so pleased with the service that Mike and the his crew gave us. Action Movers will be doing our second move in May.

I will definitely use this company again if needed. They helped me with my mom's move before she had a place picked out. Mike was very informative every step of the way. Great crew, with good attitude.
