Action Moving & Storage Inc

The movers I had were nice but took forever to move our tiny 2 bedroom house. I've moved several times with the same amount of stuff and it took half the time. I feel like my kindness was being taken advantage of as they spent two of the four hours standing around. They then proceeded to charge me double what I was quoted. I had to call to get a refund. Even after that refund I feel like I paid way too much for the service they offered. Many of my items were scratched or broken on arrival and they packed the packed everything horribly. Over priced for what service they offered and I would never recommend them.

Action was the most reasonable estimate received from the three local movers I checked with for a cross-state move into storage. The office personnel were always available to answer questions and provide service. Bruno, Garrett and Everett arrived promptly and worked diligently to assist with completion of packing and moving my belongings from my home to a storage facility in Rapid City. I have undergone several interstate moves and will say that Bruno, Garrett and Everett definitely took the most care of my items. Bruno safely delivered my items and worked with the local Atlas team to offload same into my storage facility. He was amazing! He managed get everything into the storage unit as he pieced the puzzle of boxes and furniture together with the utmost efficiency and care. The Action Moving team was so polite and professional - I would not hesitate to use them again. I highly recommend Action Moving and Storage. Thank you to Bruno, Garrett, Everett, Stephanie and the entire Action Moving team!!!!

We hadn't moved for 25 years and decided to use Action Moving to handle it. All three gentlemen (Garrett, Richie and Bruno) were extremely polite, professional and pleasant to work with. They took extreme care with all of our household goods and I was actually amazed that they did not scratch or dent any of the walls/furniture while moving things out of the old house and back into the new house. Excellent service and attention to details. I would not hesitate to use them again and/or refer them for this service again. VERY impressive.
