Beware! Booked a small local move for Jul 23 about a month and a half in advance. Agreed to terms. Called to confirm the move a week prior and was told by the office manager that “we were all set and good to go.” Received a call from the same office manager yesterday, 2 days prior to my move, and was informed that my move was canceled due to the fact that an employee “may” have COVID. Asked when they could reschedule she told me never because they are booked solid through August. Asked to speak with Tony the owner and she Hung the phone up on me. Left a message for the owner and have not received a call back. This is not how you treat customers. Ignore your customers they will go away. I understand that people may get sick but you have to try and make things right. Horrible!

Great food. Employees are nice and curtious.

TERRIBLE !

We hired them for our move, they arrived 45 minutes late, charged us for the travel time that included a fueling stop. They increased the number of movers, without consulting us, charged us a higher rate and had them for a reduced number of hours to 'stay within our budget'. They damaged several items and have so far refused to compensate us for the damages or breach of original contract. The crew leader was argumentative, rude and clearly not in control of the crew. They took apart my sons desk and left without putting it back together, and took the hardware with them (we had to replace it with a new desk). They broke an antique pedestal phone and tried to hide the damage. They broke several of my sons lego sets and lost the pieces so they can't be rebuilt. Overall, they caused nearly $800 in damage and have refused to compensate us. We have reached out several times in writing and by phone with no response.
