Good friendly customer service, always with a smile. Sign up was easy. Once you have your gate code, you enter it, and if it's dark the lights automatically go on to your unit. An alarm to your specific unit is deactivated upon entry through the gate (that's what they say anyway), and then reactivated upon exit. Seems secure that way. Cost is reasonable and better than many higher priced ones. Drive right up to unit...only one story...no elevators or carts. When I was through using unit, seamless end of contract.....no hassle. Good experience.

15th street is a great location and nice units. Safe, secure and clean storage.
