They broke a lot of our stuff. They left a lot of stuff behind in our old place and our storage unit. They damaged the walls in the stairwell of our old place causing our security deposit to be withheld. Then intimidated my Fiancee, a 5ft 2 sweet woman into giving them a bigger tip. This was an awful experience and I urge anyone reading this to choose a different moving company.
Very unprofessional and rude.

DO NOT hire this company. The movers were very unprofessional, refusing to wear masks, even after I requested that they do so. I called their office who told me it was 'impossible' for them to do so. Additionally, the movers gave me attitude about the stairs in my building (they were informed in advance that it was a walk-up and what floor the apt was on), tried to add extra fees that were not included in the cost estimate, and were rude to the super of the new building who was showing them around the loading dock area. Very disappointed with this experience.

Giving these guys 1 star is way too generous. They ruined my furnitures, packed and unpacked without protections, 3 guys arrived, 2 of them were completely drunk. I had to move that day so had to use them. Overcharged me $500 at the end. Broke my mirror, left behind my desk, tore my sofa, broke my dresser and dining table. Run away and don’t use them. When I called them the owner/manager was yelling at me. They are only cash business and very shady. DON’T BELIEVE THESE 5 STAR RATINGS, THEY ARE FAKE

I was moving my belongings from a storage unit to an apartment. I spoke with Andy at Atlantis Van Lines who sent me a quote. It was reasonable so I decided to hire them. I asked Andy if they follow all precautions due to the pandemic and explained that I’m immune compromised due to an autoimmune disease. He assured me that they wear masks and gloves, and take all necessary precautions. When they arrived, the had an Avis rental truck, an no one wore masks or gloves and wouldn’t comply. I had no choice but to move my belongings that day. They arrived at 8:15AM, and were finished by 12:30, well within the time frame I was quoted. When I was given the bill, it was $200 more than what I was quoted. I had to pay because I needed my things. When I called Andy, he wouldn’t answer and just sent a text telling me to call the office. I called and spoke to Alex, who started yelling at me telling me that it was a 7 hour job, which was a complete lie. When I asked him about the masks and gloves, his response was, “No one is sick anymore”, which was an insane remark. He continued to yell at me, and only stopped when I said I would write the worst review possible. He said he would send me a $60 refund, which was ridiculous since they overcharged me $200, and damaged my dining room table beyond repair. They just threw boxes anywhere and left a huge mess. They were more concerned about taking smoke breaks then moving. This was the absolute worst experience. Do not use them!! Extremely rude, unprofessional, and scammers. Do not trust them!!!!
