Advanced Apartment Movers

HORRIBLE! I’ve moved plenty of times and NEVER HAD THIS EXPERIENCE. Will Never use them again! Arrived over an hr late. Dragged they feet at first apartment one bedroom apartment took 3 1/2 hrs to load because they were taking their time. The absolute slowest movers ever. I think this was strategic because there’s NO way this move should have been almost 5 hrs.ALSO, got upset because they were going over budget after they were late and moving slow and threatened to keep my furniture if I didn’t have the rest of the money. Claimed that they had trouble taking down my bed and just ended up taking it down Wrong. told me that STAR Furniture one of the most reputable companies there is installed my bed wrong and stripped the screws whole time they didn’t even look to see that all they had to do was unscrew the bolt. I just assembled my entire bed alone with a screw driver and an Allen wrench. Pictures below of the part that gave them “trouble” these are NOT professional MOVERS ?? DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Excellent movers! Great communication, timely, friendly and hard workers! We definitely recommend them and will use them if needed. They moved large oversized furniture from town to a country home with tiny dirt roads. No complaints, great attitude and very professional!

I’m in Tomball, Texas and these movers were fantastic! They not only offer an amazing price for a three man crew, but they offer the best customer service and dedication to work as well.

It was my first time moving with them. We moved from a three bedroom rental home to a one bedroom apartment with a detached garage. About 3/4 of the house needed to go into that garage for storage.

I wouldn’t have thought of this myself, but they brought two trucks - one to load up for storage, and one for the apartment. This saved me so much time and money because they were able to unpack both trucks at the same time!

Everything was perfect and I wouldn’t change a thing. If you’re looking for a moving company in Northwest Houston, this is the best one!
