I was moving from Spring to Richmond. My appointment was at 9:00am to make my move, but they did not get to be until around 8p. I’m sure I called them about 20 times. They kept on giving my the run around, “I’ll call you back in a minute.” They never called me back so I called them. I was very irritated with them. Being late is one thing that’s inexcusable. If you’re gonna be late, just communicate with me.

To the good, the movers were highly professional, did well with my furniture, made sure everything was good before they took off.

Never Came to my apartment when they said that they will be there at 9am and they haven't shown up yet
