Should rename business to unreliable, manipulative I'll charge your invoice twice movers. Most shady business i ever have dealt with . Do not waste your time

I reserved this company, set up an appointment time and prepaid for 2 hours.

They were 2.5 hours late - I called 5 times within this timeframe and was continuously told they were 'on the way.'At this point we didn't think they were coming so we started moving everything in ourselves. By the time they arrived they only did about 30 minutes of labor as I didn't want their help with unpacking boxes and organizing. I asked to be refunded for 1 of the 2 hours. Was told they couldn't afford to refund me $130.

Unfortunate experience, unreliable, bad communication.

Super nice and friendly team who got me moved without a hitch. No complaints. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Great price, easy to book, and Jason was very helpful. Their pricing is clear and concise, simply based on load/unload time, mileage and travel time to destination plus a surcharge for overnight stipend. No listing every single item and guessing how many boxes, etc. I'm excited to leave a review after the move!!
