Advanced Movers

Worst movers we have ever had. STAY AWAY. 3 guys came to pack the moving truck. After 2 hours they had less than a quarter of the truck filled. Then 2 of them left for an hour for 'another job' and 1 guy was left alone doing basically nothing. Finally 1 guy came back to help again but they stopped stacking things about a quarter of the way through, we had to tell them they need to keep stacking to fit everything. They started throwing our boxes to 'fill the gaps.' It didn't work. It took them 6 hours to do a 3 hour job and they charged us for their mistakes. We have broken furniture now because of them, and no compensation.

Jason, instead of calling everyone a liar, try owning up to the mistakes you and your movers are making. Stop acting like a child who is scared of getting in trouble.
MORE REASON FOR EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. HE CLAIMS EVERY BAD REVIEW IS FALSE.

Guys worked hard and did a great job, couldn’t ask for better movers

Professional, courteous, prompt. All as expected, and a sincere pleasure to work with. And for a third floor walkup they are surely hard workers. Working for a moving company is pecision-and-hefty work, which they did for several hours almost non-stop. They will treat you very well.

Almost 2 hours late, there’s holes in my walls at my new place that I need to fix now, they destroyed the uhaul blanket bag and I got charged for that, and they tried to charge me an extra hour for 5 minutes “over”. No response from Jason regarding any of the issues.

This review is edited since the response was so rude and claiming that this was false. I will be posting the screenshots of the email sent, damage, and the time that your mover called me. He called and said he was “pulling up” and could see the U-haul at 1:47. They were done unloading it at the new place at 3:52. I would be happy to show you my ring camera footage with the time stamps Jason. This is absolutely ridiculous. I gave it a couple days waiting for a response or resolution and got nothing back.

They wrecked a family members sheet rock and door and refused to fix the issue to standard. They have many complaints. Look on next door.
