20 years experience. Not happy with continual billing increases. Recent increase was disguised as a mandatory 'Protection Plan' - something I was never notified of, never needed and don't want to pay for.

Excellent customer service! The staff is always friendly and very helpful in accessing my needs and offering me the best option for my budget. The 24/7 access is so convenient, and the security surveillance puts my mind at ease. I am so satisfied with their service that I just rented another unit. It's always a pleasant experience.
